You can browse publicly available directory content without submitting personal information. The hosting platform may process technical request information to operate and secure the service.

Site performance and organizer referrals

We collect first-party loading and interaction measurements (LCP, INP and CLS), page-template category and a mobile/desktop label to understand site performance. We also count clicks to organizer pages using the public listing ID. These records do not contain names, account IDs, IP addresses, search terms, full page URLs, referrers or persistent visitor identifiers. They are retained for up to 90 days. No analytics cookies are used; collection respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Reviews and suggestions

When you sign in, Stillwild receives an account identifier, email, and optional display name from the sign-in provider. Reviews store the account identifier, the public name you choose, rating, review text and attendance month. Suggestions store the account identifier and the details you submit.

What becomes public

Only published reviews show your chosen display name and review content. Sign-in email addresses and account identifiers are not displayed. Suggestions are reviewed before any listing is published. Do not include private contact information in your review or suggestion.

Editorial review

AI-assisted editorial tools may process submitted reviews and suggestions to check quality, source accuracy and spam. The source check history is retained to support corrections.

Corrections and removal

Use the suggestion form while signed into the same account to request a correction or removal of your contribution. Editorial records are retained until a removal request is processed or no longer needed for the service.
